Guideline

 

Mission Work
* Evangelize and disciple people.
* Be involved in the ministry of J-House and give your best effort.
* Do hands on ministry and learn new things at the School of Jesus Soldier classes.
* Participate in early morning prayer. Prayer is the foundation of our ministry.

Qualification
* People person!
* Speaking English is a plus!
* Good at personal evanglism!
* Someone who is willing to learn Japanese or can speak Japanese.
* Someone who will be able to submit to the leadership of J-House.
* Do everything for Jesus.
* It is nearly impossible for people from African countries to obtain a Religious Visa in Japan, so to our regret we can’t accept applicants from those countries.

Time Table

* The written place is where you are expected to do ministry. Please be prepared spiritually and physically.You can be creative for Jesus for the other times.This is schedule so it could be changed. They keep is flexibility. The irregular meetings or ministries could happen.

Conditions

Plan A
You will rise up a monthly support of approximately 50,000 yen to provide for your self. J-House will provide a nice room (you might have a roommate) and other living accommodations. You are responsible to pay for the following things with your support money = Food, insurance, cell phone bill, personal travel/entertainment, and airplane fee. We prefer people that can commit for at least 2 years (including trial time) but are willing to negotiate the details of the contract.

Plan B
J-House will pay you a monthly salary of 40,000 yen. J-House will also provide a nice room (you might have a roommate) and other living accommodations. You are responsible to pay for the following things with your support money: Food, insurance, cell phone bill, personal travel/entertainment, and airplane fee. Contract is for 2 years (including trial time). The number of missionaries accepted under Plan B will also be limited to 4-5 people depending on the current J-House budget.

Since Since J-House is a church with many young people, we are not so rich. Therefore, we prefer people who can come with Plan A, but if it is not possible, J-House is willing to invest money for missions with Plan B.

Even if you go with Plan B, please try to raise support from your network. You can survive with 40,000 yen but people pray for you more when they send you money. It is important to have intercessors behind you. We believe in the provision and blessings of God.

Trial Time
80 days trial! This is to ensure that s/he will be the right fit for J-House ministries. After successful completion of this trial period, the individual will be a fully employed member of our mission team. If J-House decides it is better for the individual and J-House that s/he goes back to his/her own country and do other things, J-House will ask the person do so.

Korean or Non Japanese or English speaking people
If you cannot speak Japanese or English, we will ask you to take 6 months of intensive Japanese lessons. You will be responsible to pay for your lessons and will not earn any salary during that time. Your stay will be an extra 6 months for studying Japanese.
